This has been a “Good vibes only” summer. The operation change program sponsored by Movement is Life and hosted by The Salvation Army Kroc Center - San Diego is halfway through. The quality of the topics, speakers knowledge, and movement instructors have been priceless. What a fantastic project to be a part of!
