Healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte
Try this healthier version of a Pumpkin Spice Latte. Pumpkin lattes are yummy, but even if you order the
16 oz. Skinny pumpkin spice latte with nonfat milk and no whipped cream amounts to approximately
260 calories and 49 grams of sugar. So, here is an idea: Make your own, save some dollars, and drink
fewer calories and less sugar!

Ingredients:
Eight ounces of brewed coffee or one to two shots of espresso.
½ cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Three tablespoons of pumpkin puree
½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Two tablespoons of maple syrup
Powder cinnamon for sprinkle on top

Instructions:
Mix the almond milk and pumpkin in a saucepan with a handheld frother or a blender. Cook on medium
heat on the stove. Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla extract, spices, and maple syrup. Place in a cup
and froth the milk. You can use a blender to continue until it is foamy. Pour coffee into a cup, add the
frothy milk, sprinkle cinnamon powder, and enjoy!
